Hiring Process

Stage 1: Application Submission

FIRST STEP IS TO GO THROUGH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND MEMORIZE THEM, KNOW THEM BY HEART IF YOU HAVE TO. THEY ARE THE FOUNDATION OF KNOWLEDGE YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE JOINING.

  1. Online Application Form

    • Candidate submits a form with:

      • Full name, contact information

      • Relevant experience/skills

      • Motivation to join Mohijiza

      • Role preference (remote/in-person/hybrid)

  2. Video Introduction Submission

    • Candidates record a 1–3 minute video answering:

      • Who they are and what drives them

      • Why they want to join Mohijiza

      • How they plan to contribute

    • Video is reviewed for communication skills, confidence, clarity, and alignment with Mohijiza’s values.

Stage 2: Pre-Screening

  1. Initial Review by Management

    • Applications and video submissions are screened for:

      • Alignment with Mohijiza’s mission and ethical standards

      • Basic skills and suitability for the role

      • Overall professionalism and presentation

  2. Shortlisting

    • Candidates who pass this stage are invited to the next round.

Stage 3: Individual Interview

  1. One-on-One Discussion

    • Conducted virtually or in-person

    • Assess:

      • Commitment level

      • Understanding of Mohijiza’s unique structure (profit-sharing, equity, collaborative work)

      • Past experience and relevant skills

      • Personality and values alignment

  2. Ethics & Values Check

    • Ask situational questions to gauge honesty, integrity, and decision-making.

    • Evaluate if the candidate demonstrates moral character, respectfulness, and proactive behaviour.

Stage 4: Group Discussion / Collaborative Round

  1. Interactive Group Session

    • Candidates participate in a 1–2 hour group discussion or activity with other shortlisted candidates.

    • Activities may include:

      • Problem-solving exercises

      • Role-playing scenarios aligned with Mohijiza’s work

      • Brainstorming ideas for projects or outreach

  2. Evaluation Criteria

    • Leadership and teamwork skills

    • Communication and collaboration

    • Creativity and initiative

    • Respectful engagement with others

  3. Observation

    • Management observes:

      • How candidates interact

      • Ability to listen and contribute constructively

      • Professionalism and positive attitude

Stage 5: Final Evaluation & Reference Check

  1. Final Assessment

    • Scores and feedback from individual interview + group discussion are compiled.

    • Candidates are ranked based on:

      • Commitment & personality

      • Ethical alignment

      • Skill set suitability

  2. Optional Reference Verification

    • Contact previous colleagues, mentors, or supervisors to verify character, reliability, and integrity.

Stage 6: Offer & Onboarding

  1. Offer Letter / Welcome Package

    • Selected candidates receive an official offer to join Mohijiza as a partner-level member.

    • Includes:

      • Roles and responsibilities

      • Profit-sharing, commission, and equity terms

      • Commitments (weekly meetings, daily activity)

      • Terms & Conditions agreement

  2. Orientation / Onboarding

    • Introduction to team, tools, workflow, and projects

    • Review of Mohijiza’s structure, values, and collaborative culture

    • Set up for communication platforms, access to resources, and initial assignments

MOHIJIZA

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTNERS / TEAM MEMBERS

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the expectations, responsibilities, and benefits for individuals joining Mohijiza (“the Organisation”). By joining Mohijiza, you agree to all clauses below. Failure to comply may result in termination of your association with Mohijiza.

1. Nature of Relationship — You Become a Part Owner, Not an Employee

Mohijiza does not hire in the traditional employer–employee sense.
By joining Mohijiza:

  • You become a part of the organisation, working collaboratively toward its mission.

  • You receive ownership-related benefits such as monthly profit share, commission earnings, and long-term equity/royalty benefits.

  • You are joining as a partner-level contributor, not a salaried employee.

  • You may work remotely or in-person, depending on your availability and responsibilities.

This structure allows every member to grow with Mohijiza and benefit directly from its success.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

All members must actively contribute to Mohijiza’s goals. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participating in growth activities, outreach, marketing, partnerships, and project tasks.

  • Upholding professional communication and ethical conduct at all times.

  • Protecting Mohijiza’s brand, reputation, and confidential information.

3. Personality & Ethics Clause

All members of Mohijiza are expected to uphold strong moral and ethical values that reflect positively on the organisation. These include:

  • Honesty, integrity, and truthfulness

  • Respectful and kind behavior toward all individuals

  • Modesty, humility, and professionalism in conduct

  • Avoiding any harmful, immoral, or unethical actions

  • Upholding compassion, responsibility, and fairness

  • Conduct that aligns with high personal values and positive character

Members are expected to grow personally and ethically as representatives and part-owners of Mohijiza.

4. Commitment Requirements

To remain an active member of Mohijiza, you must agree to the following:

  • Weekly team meeting every Friday (mandatory attendance).

  • Daily activity requirement: You must be active at least once every day, contributing to tasks, communication, or progress updates.

  • Remote and in-person work options are available depending on task requirements.

Failure to meet these commitments may result in suspension or removal.

5. Profit-Sharing (5% Monthly Net Profit to Each Member)

Every active team member receives:

  • 5% of Mohijiza’s total monthly net profit, allocated individually.

  • Profit share is calculated monthly and disbursed to active, compliant members.

Profit share is only given to members in good standing who meet all commitment and conduct requirements.

6. Sales Commission (30% Earnings)

Members involved in sales, outreach, partnerships, or onboarding clients/sponsors will receive:

  • 30% commission from the net profit of every sale, deal, or sponsorship they personally secure.

  • Commission earnings are separate from monthly profit-sharing.

7. Equity / Royalty (Long-Term Ownership Rights)

After serving a defined period in Mohijiza (duration determined internally):

  • Members become eligible for equity rights (“royalty”), meaning they own a percentage of Mohijiza.

  • Mohijiza is currently valued at USD 500,000 (half a million dollars).

  • If Mohijiza is sold in the future, equity holders will receive their proportional share of the sale price.

  • Equity percentages will be assigned after completion of the required service period and approval.

This ensures long-term contributors become true long-term owners.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, ideas, designs, documents, and materials created for Mohijiza remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mohijiza.

Members agree that:

  • They may not copy, share, resell, or repurpose Mohijiza’s content without written permission.

  • Any work created during membership is considered the property of Mohijiza.

  • Breaches may result in termination and potential legal action.

9. Confidentiality

Members must protect all internal information including:

  • Financial data

  • Business strategies

  • Client information

  • Internal discussions

  • Proprietary documents and tools

Sharing confidential information without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10. Conduct & Integrity

Members must:

  • Act professionally at all times

  • Avoid conflicts of interest

  • Maintain honesty and transparency

  • Represent Mohijiza positively in all circumstances

Misconduct or damaging behavior may lead to removal.

11. Termination

Mohijiza may terminate a member’s involvement under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause in these Terms

  • Breach of confidentiality or copyright

  • Lack of required activity or meeting attendance

  • Ethical or behavioral violations

  • Misconduct, dishonesty, fraud, or harmful actions

Upon termination, all access to platforms, meetings, and benefits is revoked.

12. Acceptance

By joining Mohijiza, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and willingly enter into this collaborative ownership-based structure.

Mohijiza Hiring Timeline (8th Dec – 31st Dec 2025)

Phase 1: Application & Video Submission

Dates: 8th Dec – 12th Dec (5 days)
Activities:

  • Open applications via online form.

  • Request 1–3 minute video introductions from applicants.

  • Deadline for submission: 12th Dec, 11:59 PM.
    Goal: Collect all applications and videos for review.

Phase 2: Pre-Screening & Shortlisting

Dates: 13th Dec – 14th Dec (2 days)
Activities:

  • Management reviews applications and videos.

  • Shortlist candidates for individual interviews.

  • Send invitations to shortlisted candidates.
    Goal: Select candidates who meet alignment, skills, and personality requirements.

Phase 3: Individual Interviews

Dates: 15th Dec – 18th Dec (4 days)
Activities:

  • Conduct 1-on-1 interviews (online or in-person).

  • Evaluate: commitment, skills, ethics, values, personality.

  • Record feedback scores for each candidate.
    Goal: Assess readiness and fit for Mohijiza’s ownership structure.

Phase 4: Group Discussion / Collaborative Round

Dates: 19th Dec – 21st Dec (3 days)
Activities:

  • Organize group discussion / team activity for shortlisted candidates.

  • Observe teamwork, leadership, collaboration, problem-solving.

  • Rank candidates based on performance and engagement.
    Goal: Evaluate collaboration and soft skills in a simulated work environment.

Phase 5: Final Evaluation & Reference Check

Dates: 22nd Dec – 23rd Dec (2 days)
Activities:

  • Combine scores from interviews and group discussion.

  • Optional: contact references for character/experience verification.

  • Make final selection of candidates.
    Goal: Prepare official offer list.

Phase 6: Offer & Onboarding

Dates: 24th Dec – 31st Dec (8 days)
Activities:

  • Send official offer letters including:

    • Roles & responsibilities

    • Profit-sharing, commission, equity details

    • Commitment expectations (daily activity, weekly meetings)

    • Terms & Conditions document

  • Receive acceptance confirmations.

  • Conduct orientation / onboarding:

    • Introduce team, tools, workflow, and projects

    • Set up communication platforms

    • Assign initial tasks and responsibilities

Goal: Ensure all new hires are active and ready by 31st Dec, so Mohijiza has a fully operational team by 1st Jan 2026.
